Practice Leader

Rachael is the Practice Leader and Senior Benefits Consultant at Total Employee Benefits (TEBPros) where she leads the TEBPros team and manages her clients’ human capital programs and group insurance benefit plans.

Rachael started her insurance career in 1992 at The Principal Financial Group at their Chicago Group Office. She has worked for small boutique agencies as well as large international brokerage firms. She has received awards for new business growth and client retention. She has been a keynote speaker for various associations and participated on insurance carrier broker-panels.

She has her designation as a Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), Registered Employee Benefit Consultant (REBC) and Certified Voluntary Benefit Specialist (CVBS). Rachael enjoys learning about her industry and continues to take courses through National Health Underwriters Association Educational Programs and The American College Programs.

Rachael is married to her husband Jeff and they enjoy their three adult children and granddaughter. They live in the Atlanta area and have a home in Sarasota FL where they like to live the saltwater lifestyle.

Senior Benefits Consultant

Brandon is a Senior Benefits Consultant at Total Employee Benefits (TEBPros) and is responsible for managing the human capital aspects of his clients’ business and group benefit programs.

Brandon began his insurance career in 2000 at Benefit Solutions (KYBA Benefits), also worked at Hilb, Rogal and Hobbs, Willis and at another agency prior to joining Total Employee Benefits.

Brandon works in the group insurance market working on small and large employer groups with various funding arrangements. He is well versed in group Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Disability, FML, Voluntary Work-site benefits and other ancillary programs.

Brandon graduated from KSU with a bachelor’s in business administration. He lives in the Atlanta Suburbs, is an avid runner and is the proud pet dad to his two dogs Georgia and Baxter.

Wayne Anderson

Senior Benefits Consultant

Wayne is a Senior Benefits Consultant and Operations Manager at Total Employee Benefits (TEBPros). He manages the human capital practice and group insurance benefit programs for his clients.

Wayne started his insurance career in 1994 at The Guardian. Wayne is well versed on individual life and disability policies for high net worth individuals. He is currently studying for his Series 6 securities license. Wayne has worked for small regional insurance agencies and been a consultant for large international benefit brokerage firms. In addition to working for brokerage firms, he has worked for several insurance companies in management and as an Account Executive. Wayne has had extensive underwriting training.

Wayne graduated from Clemson University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Wayne lives in Atlanta with his partner and is a proud pet dad to his dog Toby.

Senior Client Engagement Consultant

Tina is the Senior Client Engagement Consultant at Total Employee Benefits (TEBPros) where she leads the TEBPros advocacy team and manages her client’s human capital programs and group insurance benefit plans.

Tina spent 13 years of her insurance career at United Healthcare in their Atlanta Group Office. Prior to joining Total Employee Benefits, she was the Director of Client Services for another agency for 12 years.

Tina is learning Turkish and enjoys spending time with her mother and other family members in Turkey. Tina is a proud mother or two grown sons, and is a very active grandmother to her 5 grandchildren.

Tina lives in the Atlanta area, you can usually find her during her off time at an Atlanta sporting event. She is an Atlanta Falcons, Hawks, United and Braves fan.

Senior Client Service Representative

Deena is the Senior Client Service Representative at Total Employee Benefits (TEBPros). Deena manages the sensitive claims processing with a professional and personal approach.

Deena started her insurance career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Wisconsin. She has worked as an account manager and claims representative at smaller agencies as well as larger international benefit brokerage firms.

Deena graduated college with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University.

Her expertise in claims adjudication and advocacy provide our clients, their employees and family members with consistent and attentive support.

Deena and her husband live in the Atlanta suburbs and are proud parents of two active daughters.

Samantha Dunning

Senior Billing Analyst

Sam is the Senior Billing Analyst at Total Employee Benefits (TEBPros). She is responsible for time sensitive monthly bill audits, enrollments, reports and other client service matters. Sam has built professional relationships with her clients. They have come to depend on her timely responses to issues and her upbeat attitude.

Sam began her insurance career in 2003 at KYBA Benefits and has also worked for a large international brokerage firm. Her attention to detail and quick response time provides her customers with peace of mind.

Sam and her husband live in the Atlanta suburbs and are proud parents of two children. Sam and her family love Disney and vacation there as often as possible.

Renee Rainey

Marketing Coordinator

Renee is a Marketing Coordinator at Total Employee Benefits (TEBPros). In addition to new case and renewal installments, Renee also provides ongoing support for our TEBPros clients.

Renee graduated from Kennesaw State University with a bachelor’s degree in business management. Before joining the TEBPros Team, she held positions in management, human resources and was a successful small business owner while also being a stay-at-home mom.

Renee lives in the Atlanta area with her husband, daughter, and dog. She enjoys long walks down every aisle at Target, DIY home projects, trips to Disney, and vacations on a beach.



Mascot in Chief

Charley Collier is the Mascot in Chief at Total Employee Benefits. In addition to his Mascot duties, Charley provides moral support to the staff. He greets guests at the door, and you can find him lying on the sofa in the lobby.
In addition to his Total Employee Benefits role, Charley lives in Atlanta with his mom and dad. He has three hoo-man siblings and one canine (French bulldog) brother. He loves to go for rides, outside, and treats.
